Cara Chua LMT
At Heal and Flow LLC, I will customize a plan for you. Cara Chua LMT is a passionate bodyworker and massage therapist aiming to get her clients to a pain free status, or at the very least a pain management plan. I treat clients with all types of chronic pain, injuries, sports related injury pain, and general aches that don't seem to go away. My work focuses mainly on bodywork, which is when I concentrate a lot of time on specific areas of the body causing pain. This usually involves deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point, and some stretching. I truly enjoy and get deep satisfaction when I feel and see my clients' bodies loosen and they leave with no or less pain. Bodywork can be intense at times, but I'm constantly checking in with my clients to make sure they're comfortable with the pressure.
I don't usually do full body massages if I'm doing a lot of bodywork on someone, so please keep that in mind.
