CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be cancelled at any time for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time and remain eligible for a majority refund. If service fees have been prepaid with a credit or debit card, clients will be refunded all fees paid, less the card processing fee up to 4% or a 100% store credit credited to the respective account. Payments will be returned to the card used for payment only. If service fees have not been prepaid the service will be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty. 

Appointments cancelled at 23 hours 59 minutes to 4 hours to service time may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of total service fees or a 50% store credit to the respective account.

Appointments cancelled at three 3 hours 59 minutes to service time are not eligible for any refund or store credit amount. No refund will be issued.

SAME DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY

Appointments booked at 12 am on any given calendar day to the last bookable duration of said calendar/business day, constitutes a "Same Day Appointment." Service fees for Same Day Appointments must be paid at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, same Day service fees will not be refunded and the service will not be rescheduled.

Same Day Appointment service fees are due at the time of booking.

Same Day Appointments will NOT BE REFUNDED.

Same Day Appointments will not be rescheduled. 

NO SHOW POLICY

Failing to properly reschedule or cancel an appointment by calling or in writing within the designated time frames outlined in the cancellation policy constitutes a "NO SHOW". No showing for an appointment that has been paid for in advance will not be refunded. No show appointments must be paid if you choose to re book another appointment or service.

LATE POLICY

Depending on the service, clients may be late up to 15 minutes. If you are late for your appointment, and are still able to receive your service, you will receive the remaining service time. No time will be added to the service time. 

Services that are terminated due to late arrival will be treated as a No Show. 

If your service provider is late. Clients will in fact receive all of the service time provided the client is on time.

REFUND POLICY

In the event a refund is requested and processed, only a partial refund may be given. The amount refunded will be contingent upon payment type as well as the cancellation policy and other factors. Payments made with credit/debit cards may be refunded less the card processing fee, up to 4%. 

DEPOSITS

In the event a deposit is mandatory, deposits are always NON REFUNDABLE. If the service provider cancels, refunds will be processed for 100% of the deposit.

SERVICE TERMINATION

Service terminations are at the sole discretion of the service provider. A service will be terminated if a client is deemed inappropriate or attempts to engage in sexual misconduct with a service provider. No refund will be awarded.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are FINAL SALES, will not be refunded and once purchased are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Gift certificates must be present and turned over to the service provider at the time service is rendered as a form of payment. Gift certificates not bearing an embossed Stoned Relaxation Therapy seal will not be honored as authentic. A gift certificate must be redeemed in one visit and may not be separated for multiple uses (e.g. a $200 gift certificate may not be used for two 1 hour services in separate visits). However, a gift certificate may be used to complete a sale (e.g. a $50 gift certificate can be applied to a $100 service. leaving a balance of $50 for the service fees). Gift certificates once sold have no cash value. 

PROMOTIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATES

Promotional gift certificates are FINAL SALES and can not be applied to any other service. Promotional gift certificates are only valid for the service being promoted and may not be added to a couples massage or couples facial service.

Gift certificates will be deemed null and void for No Show appointments or appointments cancelled at 23 hours 59 minutes or less. E-gift certificates will be deemed as redeemed in full for No Show appointments or appointments cancelled at 23 hours 59 minutes or less. 

Gift certificates may not be applied to a couples service of any kind after a period of 90 days.
