In addition to Relaxing Swedish, Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Medical massage she is trained in PNF Stretching, hot stone and prenatal massage. She also enhances your massage experience with her knowledge in essential oils. As a working mom, she understands how easy it is to put off self-care which is why she focuses on giving her clients the tools to care for their health.
