Discovery Massage

I am a firm believer that massage is about much more than just relaxation. There is so much power in the art of healing touch. My goal is to provide my clients with a massage experience that leaves you feeling loved, rejuvenated and free of pain.  After discussing your specific needs and expectations, I will provide a massage that is customized to meet your goals. I may use a combination of gentle Swedish massage, myofascial release and deep tissue techniques to calm the nervous system and slowly encourage deep knots and muscle tension to unwind and melt into the table. Or I may use a more invigorating style incorporating stretching and sports massage techniques to improve circulation, range of motion and help you recover from that weekend in the mountains.
