By appointment only. We cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time. To ensure a quality experience appointments and online bookings are available with 2 hr advanced reservation.
First time clients are subject to a 25% deposit for online bookings.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Life happens, so if you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This at least gives us some time to rebook the session with the waitlist.
If you are sick or are caring for someone who is sick, we can absolutely reschedule when you are well & have the space and time to relax.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This amount will be applied to your account and is due upon receipt.
A No-Show is added to the appointment for anyone who has not called, text, or shown up for the scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the start time. A No-show Fee of 100% of the price of the appointment will be applied to the clients account and is due upon receipt.
