My name is Irina Arefyev, Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2021. My massage practice began in Russia in 2015 and focused on therapeutic massage. In my sessions I mix several modalities, such as Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Lymphatic and Swedish massage.
Another part of my therapy is the Face Sculpting Buccal Massage. The Inner Mouth Face Massage yields both an aesthetic result and a psycho-emotional result through support of the mimetic facial muscles of expression, as well as therapy for TMJ disorder and headaches.
