Blue Lotus Bodyworks was created to help "grease the wheels" of the body, smooth out the "knots", and help soothe tired sore muscles. We live in a fast paced, stress-filled, confusing world and our bodies take it all in. We tend to hold onto lots of things that aren't good for us (toxins, stress, emotional blockage, etc) and I have created an in-home stress free zone with my practice to help release the blockage in your body, rejuvenate your spirit, and bring balance back into your life. You can park right outside my door and feel at ease about parking.
I integrate different styles of massage to make sure that your body gets what it needs. I use Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular and trigger-point therapies to get the best results for your bodies needs. I also am certified in Aromatherapy.
