I offer a unique approach to pain management, treating acute injuries and chronic pain including migraines, sinus issues, neck, back, sciatica & repetitive use. After emotional or physical trauma, PTSD, injuries and/or surgeries, scar tissue and connective tissue can build up resulting in muscle groups overcompensation. Problems occur when these patterns become so dominant, the body is unable to perform basic activity/movement patterns combined with individual habits or injury leads to stress,strain and torque on the joints and soft tissue along with holding negative emotional cellular memory patterns all trapped in the fascia and pain occurs.
