AZ Movement Clinic Injury Rehab

I help people understand why pain keeps returning — and what their body has been trying to say all along.

About Mira Bai Fairlight:

I’m a somatic cartographer.

Which means I don’t just look at where something hurts.
I look at the pattern that’s producing it.

Most of the people I work with have already tried a lot of things—massage, stretching, strengthening, chiro, maybe even physical therapy.

Sometimes it helps.

Until it doesn’t.

Because pain isn’t always the beginning of the story.
It’s often just the loudest signal of something the body has been managing quietly for a long time.

In my work, we slow that down.

We look at how your body is protecting, adapting, and compensating—often in ways that make sense once you see them clearly.

From there, we work with those patterns using hands-on work, movement, and targeted exploration so your body doesn’t have to keep repeating the same cycle.

This isn’t about forcing change.

It’s about understanding what your body has been trying to do for you…
and using that information to move differently, respond differently, and rebuild trust over time.

Sessions are unhurried and individualized.

We take the time to actually understand what’s happening—so you’re not guessing what to do next.

And yes—Romeo, my certified therapy dog, may occasionally be in the room offering quiet companionship. He’s very good at knowing when to stay close and when to give space and go take a nap. (If you prefer a dog-free session, just let me know.)

If you’re tired of chasing pain and ready to approach your body in a more thoughtful, precise way, you’re in the right place.

Pain is not the first signal-just the loudest.
