Appointments & Payments
• All sessions must be prepaid to hold appointment
• New clients arrive 15–30 min early
Cancellations
• 24-hour notice required
• less than 24 hrs. = 50% charge
• No-show = 100% charge
Late Policy
• Late arrival = shortened session
• You will always receive full time if I’m late
Mobile Travel
• $30 (within 35 miles)
• Additional $30 beyond
