FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS…

I Graduated from New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts, Bridgton Maine in December 2010 and was trained in the following modalities: Swedish, Neuromuscular, Lymphatic, Circulatory, Reflexology, Sports massage, Prenatal, Hydrotherapy, Chair massage and Trigger Point Therapies. Reiki One certified. Upon graduation I immediately started working at Nine Stones Spa in Portland, Maine where I was trained in the Le Stone Hot Stone therapy, as well as Aroma therapy, body wraps, detoxes and scrubs.

ONE OF MY PASSIONS IS CONTINUING EDUCATION

In August of 2012 I started working at Revelation Massage in Auburn, Maine specializing in individualized wellness needs. Currently a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2010 and most recently was appointed to the board of directors as the Membership Secretary Georgia Chapter.

WHERE I AM TODAY?

I have completed the following: Neuromuscular Therapy for the shoulder at the AMTA New England Regional conference in 2011, releasing the Rotator Cuff with Cross Country Education 2012, Cranial Sacral therapy with the AMTA Dynamic Foot with Judith Delany 2014. In 2012 I purchased Touchstone Bodyworks Massage and Family Wellness Clinic established in 2004. In June of 2014 I relocated to Norcross, Georgia, and started working at Massage Associates of Atlanta as well as continuing my private practice offering massage at home and at work. I currently have several private clients in the Norcross and Johns Creek areas. This year my continuing education has included Massage and Cancer:  Recognizing the real issues and Massage & Chemotherapy, Calmiong the Overactive Brain, and Advanced Sports Massage Therapy. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
