Very professional and skilled. I have searched for a long time to find the right massage therapist to help with my sciatica and overall training. It has been years since I have been able to run long distance because of knots and tightness in my legs and with Kristie’s help I was able to get back to running with no issues. I strongly recommend her care it has been a life changer for me!
