Are you looking for someone to provide chair massage services for your employees or events? Gudjon Bergmann, the owner and operator of Mindful Hands Massage, is offering a 25% discount on all chair massages until June 1, 2024. He will arrive 30 minutes before the engagement to set up and bring all the necessary supplies. There is a minimum of ten minutes per person and a maximum of thirty minutes. Please allow for a five-minute changeover time. For example, If you want 10-minute massages, they will performed at 15-minute intervals. You can book 60 days in advance. If you cannot find a suitable time or need more information, please email contactmindfulhands@gmail.com.

About Mindful Hands Massage

Gudjon Bergmann specializes in deep tissue massage, where he excels at releasing chronic muscle tension and pain, particularly in areas like the back, neck and shoulders. He has also developed a unique, fully clothed approach called mindful body mobilization, which combines massage, stretching, acupressure, shiatsu, trigger point therapy and more.

I was so impressed with the massage from Gudjon. From the start of our appointment it was clear that he paid attention and cared about my specific needs, wants and concerns.
