Nikki is wonderful to work with. Very kind, professional and skilled. I could handle the strong pressure during my relaxation massage but wish I would have asked for a softer touch. The hot towel applied to my neck seems to have left a slight burn mark once I returned home. Still a good massage overall as I did feel relaxed afterwards.
