My journey into bodywork started in 2006 at Just For your Health College of Massage and my education has yet to cease. An Associates in Biological Sciences as well as a certificate in Sports Medicine from West Valley Community College was the next step and is where my love for sports medicine emerged. Spending two consecutive years alongside the best athletic trainers in the valley, I gained invaluable experience with on-field injuries, off-field rehabilitation, and countless evaluations. Shortly after, I earned my Bachelors in Kinesiology/ Movement Science from San Jose State University. Since then, I have been working with and alongside the best, athletic trainers, chiropractors, physical therapists as well as strength and conditioning coaches in the Bay Area.
I have completed certifications in: Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Myofascial Release, the Functional Movement Screen, Clinical Massage Therapy, Functional Range Release, Myofascial Decompression cupping Therapy, Rock Tape, Fascial Stretch Therapy, and Corrective Exercise.
You can find me spending most of my time learning new information about movement, massage therapy, and strength and conditioning. I also enjoy being active and exploring the great outdoors with my husband and 3 amazing kids.
