I've been a licensed massage therapist for the past 15 years. My love for helping  people started at a young age and I have always aspired to make a difference. When I was in highschool, I volunteered with an occupational therapist at an elementary school. I created and presented my senior capstone project on the affects of weight-bearing activities on fine and gross motor skills to an area school, which subsequently, instituted a weight- bearing program in that district.  I also took sports medicine classes and became certified to assist at the physical therapist training office in the athletic department. I studied biology and nutrition at The University of Vermont, and in 2008, I graduated the massage program at ECPI in Raleigh, NC.

Since becoming a licensed massage therapist, I've furthered my education and have specialized training in deep tissue modalities, prenatal massage, reflexology, sports therapy, and injury recovery. I've practiced massage at many different spas, wellness centers and chiropractic offices. I'm very passionate about my work and I enjoy seeing how powerful of a transformation massage can have!
I'm my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and going on adventures with my husband and three sons.

I was experiencing chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and left arm. After spending $1900 and 6 months of chiropractic care with minimal results I made an appointment with Krystal. Within just a few weeks my pain began to subside and within 3 months my pain was gone. I’m now a regular patient. On another note my husband and I just enjoyed a couples message with Krystal and Erica. The room was amazing and the massage was even better.
