She utilizes a wide range of modalities, including Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Facilitation, Assisted Stretching, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Eastern Esalen, Lymphatic Flow, Gua Sha, and Organ Balancing.


Ally graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, is a Certified Yoga Instructor, and holds a BFA in Trauma-Informed Theatre from the University of Idaho. Her extensive background enables her to design sessions that balance and improve the flow within both the physical and subtle bodies, effectively relieving pain and increasing vitality. Using her diverse skills and holistic approach, Ally creates a transformative experience that empowers clients to live with more vitality and ease.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Massage Experience! I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the most relaxing and melty massage service ever. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was soothing, and Ally's skill was beyond compare. I went in seeking a relaxation massage (usually opt for deep tissue), and I received JUST what I was after! Ally's use of mixed modalities and heat elements released all the tension and gave me the sweetest "massage buzz!" I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, and I can't wait to book my next session. This was my first time getting a massage from Allyson and it was fantastic. She explained some techniques she would like to use before we began which was great and explained things in an understandable way. She has such a calming aura and I loved that her pup was there too!
