My name is Trudi Wheat LMBT#19105, and I have been actively working in wellness  for over 10 years . My journey to massage therapy started 8 years ago as a chiropractic assistant serving Gaston County, where I developed a passion for helping clients in our community to reach their pain management goals. In 2020, I earned my North Carolina LMBT  license from The NC School of Advanced Bodywork, specializing in deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy for pain relief and structural corrections. My professional training and expertise will provide you with therapeutic massage modalities which include relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) and therapeutic cupping. I will work with you to customize each session individually. I have worked with athletes, pregnant women, and those who experience acute and chronic pain, as well as those recovering from injury. I can't wait to share my space with you, thank you for trusting me with your wellness!

I had an idea of what to expect, but was not ready for this level of relief of tension and soreness across my entire body - not just the problem area I’ve been struggling with for a couple of months. I learned quite a bit more from Trudi on how to move, stretch and work out key areas that have been limiting my mobility. I will definitely be returning for another session!
