Audrey Vanderlaan is the owner and operator of Vanderlaan Therapeutics.  She has practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Cupping Therapist in Boise, Idaho since 2015.  In Spring 2023, she began her journey with Upledger Craniosacral Therapy training and is now CS1 certified.  Audrey's style of bodywork is customized to the client's needs for each treatment session, using a comprehensive and intuitive approach.  
 
Integrated modalities include: 
Deep Tissue
Swedish Massage
Hot Stone Massage (must request at least 24 hours before appointment)
Cupping Therapy (no fire cupping)
Prenatal Massage

* 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling and cancellation.
* No call/no show clients are subject to being charged in full for the missed session.
* If you are late on arrival, you are subject to a shortened session time and being charged the full price of the scheduled treatment.

Cupping Methods

Certified Cupping Therapist through the International Cupping Therapy Association in 2016. Methods include Russian and Greek fire cupping, sports and orthopedic cupping, biomagnetic therapies with cupping, abdominal cupping (great for detoxification), cellulite cupping, and facial rejuvenation cupping. My methods are contemporary and performed in a safe environment.
