As an athlete, it has been hard to deal with a hip issue that Brough my running and distance walking to a stand still. Ashley's therapeutic massage has been critical to getting certain muscles moving properly again. Along with PT stretches and strength exercises, Ashley's therapeutic massage has been an integral part of my road to recovery.
