If what you need is relaxation and connection, I can provide restorative Swedish and meditative shiatsu. If mobility and pain management is your concern, I can do deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretches. For me, massage is a collaborative process where we work together to figure out what your body needs to return to balance and exceed its old limits.

In my spare time, I practice Chen-style tai chi. I believe my martial arts and massage practices mutually reinforce each other as both demand special attentiveness and awareness of how the body behaves in motion and at rest.

Luckily for me, I went to schedule an appointment online and I am so glad Angel was the one who had an opening that same day!! Being in my 30’s, playing sports my whole life and now working on aircraft parts..I ended up having severe pain all through my back and neck with a hip that had popped out of place, causing extreme pain constantly! After 90 mins., not only was my hip back in place..the pressure on my spine and tension in my shoulders and neck were gone! He is worth every dollar!

Angel gave me a fantastic shiatsu massage. I did not expect immediate results for stiffness and soreness that has been going on for awhile, but even after just 30 minutes I felt some relief. I will definitely be continuing shiatsu sessions with Angel.

I really liked that he would explain what he was doing and why. Also asked if the pressure he was applying was okay and if he needed to change it he would.
