In my Deep Tissue Massage session with Martita, I was given a wealth of knowledge about the musculatory system. I Learned from her the everyday things that I can do to support my body as an athlete. I could never see giving up kickboxing, and with her help I feel so confident to continue giving it my all, while feeling my best. In the past I have struggled to feel heard in massage sessions, and was so pleasantly surprised to have all my questions considered. I left a better version of myself than when I arrived!! Always a beautiful and relaxing experience recieving Reiki Energy Healing with Martita.
