Maura has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. After receiving her bachelors of exercise science with a minor in dance and choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University, she studied massage therapy at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy. With extensive training in classical ballet as well as experience in various strengthening and conditioning exercises, Maura has been able to achieve a higher level of understanding of the body and how it works. She is pleased to offer bodywork such as deep tissue work, myofascial release, cupping, prenatal, as well as myoskeletal alignment techniques, and is able to apply variable pressure.
