Michael was truly amazing! I had several knots that needed to be worked on (and some he found I didn't know were there). His technique of hitting the know and then lightening up to allow the muscle to recover but still keep moving over it was really nice. He would check in to make sure the pressure was what I was needing. Will definitely go back.
