Sports massage therapists do this with an increased ability to target muscle-tendon junctions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>How often is recommended?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are an athlete or someone with an intense workout regimen, it is recommended around once a week between workouts. You\u2019ll likely move around so the therapist can use various techniques to separate muscle fibers and release tension.
