A Smarter, Faster Way to Book Monthly Repeat Appointments

Ahh, the majestic creature of habit. They’re a peculiar type of client. Always booking the exact same appointment time every month. (Yeah, we’re looking at you, 9 AM on the 4th Tuesday.)

As odd as their resemblance to a clock may seem, you wouldn’t have it any other way. It just feels good knowing that you’ll get the chance to help them feel their best on a fixed basis.

But dang, don’t you hate having to book pesky repeat appointments like that in MassageBook? You simply can’t get that kind of precision when you’re limited to calendar patterns that are based on a number of days or weeks only.

Start massaging your mouse hand now, Goldilocks. You’re going to be clicking all over the schedule if you want to get the appointment dates booked just right.

What’s new: Rejoice! Repeat appointments just got a much-anticipated upgrade that many of you in the MassageBook community have been requesting for quite some time. You can now set in-office and out-call appointments to repeat on a specific monthly interval.

Second Sunday of the month? No problem. Every month on the 15th? Done.

Any time you set an appointment to repeat monthly, MassageBook will automatically and intelligently give you choices for intervals that coincide with the first date.

And voila! You now have a smarter, faster way to book any creature of habit for their favorite time of the month.

Take note:

• Are you a creature of habit too? Blocked time can also be set to repeat on a specific monthly interval.

• Repeat appointments can only be booked on the business side of MassageBook and are not available for selection during online booking by clients.

• Monthly repeats can only be booked using the desktop version of MassageBook at this time. Mobile app users, you’ll have to wait just a wee bit longer, but trust us, it’ll be worth it. Monthly repeats are just a small part of a completely new version of the MassageBook mobile app that’s coming soon to the App Store and Google Play nearest you. Stay tuned for more updates!
