Welcome to Many Paths to Healing, where holistic therapies create a space for transformation. When people come to me as a massage therapist, Reiki master, and medicine woman, the work we do together often sparks changes that go beyond the physical—touching the mind and spirit as well. Sometimes, those shifts can be more than a little uncomfortable. Healing often brings things to the surface that need attention, and that can feel challenging. But it's all part of the process of transformation. Once you're through it, there's greater clarity, balance, and peace on the other side. I'm here to support and guide you through that journey.

Amy is an incredible human. I loved talking to her and learning about her path prior to my service. This was an all around amazing experience. The reiki portion of my session was gentle and spiritual and carried over into my massage in a way that just enhanced the experience. The massage was skilled and “hurt so good” just where it needed to. I have definitely found a special place with Amy and hope to incorporate both reiki and massage into my healing and spiritual journey.
