I had such an amazing lymphatic massage by Heather. She is knowledgeable and taught me a lot about this style of massage & the benefits of this type of gentle pressure. The felt so relaxing and the gentle, rhythmic nature of the massage almost put me to sleep. I could definitely see less bloating and overall improved look in my abdomen. I can’t wait to make lymphatic massage a regular part of my self care. Thanks Heather!
