Once I entered room and was instructed on getting under sheets and that they would be heated I was asked if I would like more water, answered "Yes", Holly stated she would be right back. She did not return for full 10 - 12 minutes. By that time I was sitting up in the the bed. She stated that she had began getting my facial mixtures together. The total amount of the massage was 40 minutes.

She was very nice but her mannerisms were a little loud and hearing for a supposed relaxing environment. I had to ask for more pressure several times. She did focus on the areas I asked her to.
