At Knead Massage I believe deeply in the mind-body connection and that bodywork is just as vital as talk therapy. Stress is not only in the mind but is also stored in the body. We are each spiritual beings having a human experience and with that it is important to take care of the vessel that we live in. My modalities include Ashiatsu(barefoot massage), deep tissue, myofascial technique, PNF stretching, cupping therapy etc, and energy work to help tailor our sessions together to best fit your needs. My experience with Ell was absolutely incredible! She thoroughly reviewed my areas of concern while also asking questions to learn more about me as a new client but also to help shape her knowledge of my body to provide the most effective treatment possible. She was attentive, checked in often to ensure I was comfortable throughout the session, and most definitely eased some of my pain points I brought into the treatment room. I’d highly recommended Ell and cannot wait to book my next session!
