About Karuna Wellness PDX

Living in a time filled with constant stimulation, stress and demand - the ability to recenter has become essential to maintain a balanced and healthy life. My goal is to assist you in finding deep relaxation while also addressing holding patterns of tension and pain in the body. 

As research continues to show, the mind and body are fully interwoven which is why I may incorporate breath work, aroma therapy or even sound healing to bring your nervous system into a space where it is open to release any unnecessary tension.
