It was a transformational experience! I have been working on this injury for a long time in many ways. I went to see Val for the first time and do try cupping for the ten first time this past Friday and I have more motion in my neck than I have had in 25 years! I can sing in my middle voice again. My neck/shoulder/back have been blocked for so long and I finally have some movement. It’s just incredible! I am so excited for my next session this Tuesday!

The name says it all just RELAX in Motion. I have been getting massages for over 35 years. I have had pretty much every type of massage out there. From no touch reiki to little old Thai women walking on me and digging into each knot like they will get years of stress out of that knot in one deep blow. Valerie put me into an almost comatose state of relaxation like I have never received in over 35 years of massage treatments. If you want a great massage that leaves you so relaxed that you forget to pay when you leave (yes this just happened) and also leaves you with the stress relief you are looking for, then go to Valerie. Just Relax in Motion is a wonderful place for a fantastic massage, at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
