My mission is to provide personalized, client-focused education, relaxation, pain relief, and healing through holistic bodywork and muscle manipulation that enhances quality of life and contributes to optimal health.

I have a passion for deep tissue work as it concentrates on relieving the root cause of the problem. Focused work will enhance muscle healing and help promote healthy muscle lifestyle with concentration on attaining and maintaining peak performance. Future plans include certification in Lymphatic Drainage and Craniosacral Therapy to further learn the body’s inner restriction and be able to successfully release them.
