During my courses I completed 900+ hours of Anatomy and Physiology, Business Management, Massage Theory and Practice, finally Ethics. In the 11 months I was in school I had to perform 75 massages in our student clinic. This gave me the opportunity to improve my skills from being green to feeling like I could take on the world.  I am certified in Cupping, Hot Stone, Sciatica, Pregnancy this list is ever changing. I am constantly working on how I can better help my clients. 


I started on my Massage Therapy journey for my children. They are the light of my life. With my children being in sports this was a way that I could make sure that they are taking care of their bodies and if something were to happen I could help instead of taking them to the doctor. I love the way massage is not just for relaxation it is used for a whole variety  of things. From injury prevention to reconnecting the mind and body back as one.

Jessica is amazing at getting those tough knots out. She will work on only what you want. She doesn't force you to get a full body massage if you only want your back and neck work on. Her friendly personality makes the experience even better. Sometimes I just want to relax and other times I like to talk. She's fine with either. I've found my new massuese, you should give her a try because she is wonderful!
