I see my work as a collaboration in which you as a client are the expert of your own experience and empowered to play a part in your own healing and growth processes. Many clients come to me hoping to strengthen their mind-body connection, and improve how they feel and move on a daily basis. I prioritize building a trusting relationship with all clients, because I believe that it is only from this foundation that we may explore your body’s history, injuries, chronic pain, and mental, emotional, or physical trauma in a safe and affirming way. I have been seeing Jess regularly for about 2 years for both connective tissue massage and therapeutic massage and I can’t recommend her enough. Jess prioritizes creating space where you feel comfortable, have the ability to ask for what you need in a session, and prioritizes deep listening before the session begins. Jess is a skilled body worker and has helped address ongoing challenges I’ve had with lower back pain and knee pain. Jess is very knowledgeable and creative with making adjustments that prioritize your well-being in a session.
