I am very familiar with massages due to having a herniated disc in my lower back, and since I was having a flare up, I needed some immediate relief. Right off the bat, Jane was very warm and welcoming, her home/studio is beautiful and her cats are the cutest. I initially was nervous about her touch being too light for my intense flair up, but turns out she knew what I needed better than I did. She carefully worked through all the trouble spots, and now I can actually roll over, move around, and sit up painlessly! She was also very receptive to my requests and had great communication while still being relaxing. Also tip is included which is such a helpful addition! Will definitely be back :)
