I am a certified Neuromuscular Therapist, licensed Massage Therapist, and a practicing Craniosacral Therapist. After many years of a health struggle of my own, I found craniosacral therapy. It changed my life. Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation to release tension and restrictions around your body's connective tissue network called fascia. Fascia is a three-dimensional network of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every part of your body, including muscles, organs, bones, tendons, ligaments, nerves. Studying this therapy led me to find neuromuscular therapy (which uses a variety of trigger point techniques to provide a deep and lasting relaxation of your muscular problems) and massage therapy along the way.

My own journey has given me the experience, knowledge as well as the drive to bring the same healing to others. I believe that the body can and wants to heal itself and operate at full health. These practices can help to remove barriers to healing. Whether it's rehabilitation from trauma, injury or surgery, or relaxation and relief from life's hardships and stress, I am committed to working side by side with you on your journey to health, and just plain feeling better!
