About Flowbility

Sierrah is the business owner and therapist of Flowbility. She grew up as an athlete in Bend, Oregon and graduated the massage program at Central Oregon Community College. She has completed the 300-hour yoga teacher training program and is continuing her study in the energy body and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.  Sierrah has worked in orthopedic sports medicine and upper extremity surgery. She has competed in women’s free ride mountain biking and has faced injuries and surgeries from pushing her limit on her bike and understands the importance of bodywork to encourage healing in the body. Sierrah was fantastic. I have worked with a functional movement specialist for years and knew there were few people with that skill set. When my son found Sierrah and said she had changed his life getting him back to riding his mountain bike after an injury I asked if he could get me in while I was in town visiting. I was only able to fit one session in but she did all the right things. I wasn't interested in a massage. I had some deep muscle issues and she knew exactly what to do. I am so grateful she had some time and that she could instantly understand and address my issues. I feel really, really great today and I will schedule a session with Sierrah when ever I am in town. She is a true healer. XO
