Welcome to my wellness practice. I am dedicated to helping individuals connect with their bodies and understand the messages conveyed through discomfort or pain. My goal is to guide you towards a more manageable state of being by fostering body awareness and allowing energy to flow, achieving balance and alignment in the body, mind, and spirit.

By simplifying the connection between body, mind, and spirit with practical methods that can be integrated into daily life, patterns and pain in the body can begin to unwind.  This is achieved using a blend of massage, yoga, energy healing, as well as awareness of patterns within oneself such as habits, nutrition, and routines.

Jennifer has an incredible gift in her ability to work intuitively and skillfully. It’s extremely apparent that her heart is in this work; she is a natural healer. My own partner is one of the best massage therapists (in my very biased opinion!) and Jennifer is seriously just as good - don’t tell my boyfriend I mentioned it 😜
