About Creative Wellness Massage

Creative Wellness Massage is dedicated to serving the active client who wants to maintain an active lifestyle.  When activity or lifestyle result in discomfort, medical massage is a potential solution.  

We offer a number of therapies.  Our treatment is designed to provide each individual with short and long term solutions.  

Services include Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Massage, TMJ Disorder treatment, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Prenatal Massage, Assisted Stretch, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

MET is at the heart of our services.  It is a technique that can be applied throughout the body to facilitate muscular relaxation.  It is relatively painless, efficient, and can be done while the client remains fully clothed.
