During our session, we’ll take some time to chat (while I work), and I’ll ask about your health history, wellness journey, and any methods or practices you've already explored to support your well-being. Please be sure to complete the intake form you'll receive via email before your appointment. We will go over it together during our session. One of the reasons I love working my business out of Modo Yoga is that yoga has been a key element in my own wellness journey. I truly believe it’s one of the best ways to reconnect with your body, center your breath, and support the healing process. The name “Chrysalis Healing” reflects a deep symbolic meaning rooted in transformation and renewal, inspired by the life cycle of a butterfly.
In nature, a chrysalis is the protective casing that envelops the caterpillar as it undergoes metamorphosis, transforming into a butterfly. This process symbolizes profound change, growth, and emergence into a new state of being.
The choice to name my business “Chrysalis Healing” conveys my belief in the transformative power of massage and the potential for personal growth and renewal in my clients’ lives.
