I'm Michelle and a native to Charlotte, North Carolina, I began my journey of healing at Southeastern Institute in 2015. Four years later, I am the proud owner of Selene Therapeutic Wellness Center.
As I branched off on my 2 years ago, I am more than excited to help others on their personal wellness journey through my craft and passion through my therapeutic massage and bodywork! Whether you need a (1) therapeutic neuromuscular for ongoing concerns, (2) sports massage for those with an active lifestyle they wish to improve and/or maintain, or (3) a gentle relaxing deep tissue for those needing to float away with a firm pressure technique, we will be able to customize our time together with every session.
Being trained by a handful of skilled and passionate therapists has helped direct me to self awareness, both physically and mentally. Through my work and own self-care, I not only aim to maintain those who have already approached a holistic lifestyle, but to introduce those who are not aware that massage is much more than a luxury. We all have the power within to heal ourselves, and my goal is to guide you to your personalized euphoria. on and off of the table!

Michelle was wonderful! She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and was enjoying my massage. I loved that she sat with me afterwards and discussed where my pain was coming from and recommended some things that could help. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Michelle!
