I graduated from The Chicago School of Massage Therapy (CSMT) in April of 1993. I realized this was my true calling very early on during school. Massage Therapy is my true passion. I've taken an assortment of continuing education over the years, honing my skills. I believe this gives me an advantage where I can work with different types of people with varying issues. If you suffer from chronic pain, or the occasional headache, I believe I can help you. CSMT was a school that really focused on sports massage, so I'm well versed in not only applying pressure, but my work is more specific and detailed. I feel that's what most people are looking for when they ask for deep tissue. I'm also trained in Myofascial Release (MFR) & Craniosacral Therapy (CSR), and Spontaneous Muscle Release Therapy. (SMRT) These are unwinding techniques that can be very effective in loosening tissue and easing pain. I typically incorporate these modalities into my massage sessions. It is possible to loosen tight muscles without applying a ton of deep pressure.

I'm also a REIKI Master since 2005. Energy work can be beneficial with pain & stress. It's a very centering & grounding technique.

In 2010 I decided to further my education by becoming a Licensed Esthetician. I graduated from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture (TUBC) in 2011. This was a 750 hour program teaching me about different types of skin & skin conditions. My facials treat not just your skin, but the whole person.

I'm extremely well versed in all types of body waxing. Especially course hair of Southeastern Asian, and African American descent women. I believe in detailed waxing, and my prices are very competitive.
