Massage is an important piece to your health and wellness. Massage not only works on you physically, it also helps connect your mind and spirit.

Reiki is energy transferred from me to you to improve the flow and balance of your energy to promote healing.

Service Received: Upper Body Massage with Jessica S.

Jessica was wonderful. The appointment got off to a bit of a slow start that had nothing to do with the massage itself. I'm a rather large gentleman and had some concerns which I expressed to Jessica and my booking notes. Jessica remembered an addressed all of my concerns; even contacting me a couple days prior to discuss them with me. The actual massage was awesome. I had a number of troubled areas in my upper back and shoulders, which Jessica manipulated not only with her hands, but also some well placed elbows. Upon returning home, I immediately booked another appointment.

I was in quite a bit of pain after engaging in more strenuous workouts. Jessica got me right in. It was nice to see the new space. We discussed my concerns and I had a wonderful massage that addressed every ailment. Upon leaving I immediately felt so much better, and the next day I had very mild soreness from my workout in comparison to the day before. I'm so glad I went as I know this will help me get back into my activities with less healing time and I can be more comfortable with my movement. Thank you so much!
