About Carpe Diem Wellness

Hi, I’m Shannon Trimm, a dedicated massage therapist serving the Tampa Bay Area since 2022. I provide professional, personalized mobile massage services to help you relieve stress, ease muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being—all in the comfort of your own space.


 

I’m also currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Alternative Medicine, working toward my goal of becoming a health and wellness coach. My passion is to empower others on their journey to better health through holistic care and therapeutic touch.


 

When I’m not helping clients unwind, I love spending time with my daughter and our two dogs. I look forward to bringing relaxation and wellness to you!
