About Bodywork by Beth
Beth has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008.  

Her bodywork is a customized to the client's requests of that day. She mixes techniques of traditional Swedish, treatment work, Lomi Lomi, stretching, breathing & PNF.    

Beth is trauma informed and works a lot with people who are tentative or brand new to massage and the "don't like to be touched, but need pain relief" crowd. 

She offers sessions at her studio and in-your-home massage to clients within a 30 minute drive from downtown Elgin, TX (78621)

Beth wants to make sure that the massage is tailored to the needs of the client. She asks about problem areas that need attention, pressure, and the scope of the massage in general. She is good with the tempo of the strokes and with the time needed to work on knots when she finds them. I can't wait to see her again. It is nice to find someone so caring and attentive to details. I have already recommended her to my friends.

As a former LMT, I highly recommend Beth for both a therapeutic and/or relaxation-based massage. My special needs son receives therapeutic massage therapy from Beth. She has become an integral part of his therapeutic work.

My first massage with Beth and it won’t be the last! It was honestly so wonderful I can’t say enough. She listened to my problem areas and gave them special attention. I walked away feeling the most pain free I’ve been a year. The whole hour was great and I intend to do this now on a regular basis.
