About Bodywork by Lauren

Lauren is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and massage therapist from California. She embraces each body’s unique nature and is committed to providing personalized care, tailoring her treatments to address specific concerns and promote relaxation and healing. It is so important to feel good in our bodies as they carry us through our life experiences. Balancing the demands of everyday life often leaves little room for self-care. Lauren would love to hold space for you to support you in feeling like your best self. Some of Lauren’s offerings include: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Dry Brushing, Reiki Energy Healing, and Yoga.
Additionally, Lauren offers palliative massage as a way to bring comfort and relaxation to those in end-of-life care.
