Welcome! I am so glad you are here! My name is Stephanie, I am the owner and founder of Body Balance Massage, a massage studio located on the east side of the metro in Eagan MN. Before I became a massage therapist I worked as a CNA/PTA for ten years at an acute Rehabilitation hospital in Reno NV. While working along side doctors and physical therapists helping patients recover from a large variety of injuries and ailments I realized the power of therapeutic touch, this sparked a passion that lead me to massage therapy. I have been practicing massage since 2015, every year that I get to practice the art of massage my love for what I do grows. I feel so incredibly blessed that I get to show up to a job I truly love and make a difference in the lives of every single person who walks through my doors.  I am trained in over 100 different modalities, while I tend to specialize in sports therapy, cupping and injury recovery, my goal is to tailor each session to YOUR individual needs.
