The main focus of my practice is to assist my clients on achieving their goals into a healthier life! I have experienced physical pain through out my life and I chose to learn to be proactive and get to the core of my healing process, massage therapy has personally helped me tremendously.
I'm also a Doula. I've have raised three sons. My first two I chose to have a Doula assist me. Away from family I needed the emotional support and the presence of another women. It was very important during both deliveries. I would love to assist other mothers on their birthing experience.
