About Blissful Mind Therapeutic Bodywork

Hi I'm Jonathan Valentine, a licensed massage therapist since October 2019. After a severe auto accident caused by a drunk driver, my biggest challenge was finding a massage therapist who actually listened and customized the session to target my chronic tension headaches. I understand what it’s like to have your pain experience invalidated. That’s why I founded Blissful Mind Therapeutic Bodywork. We work WITH you to provide you with a complete and evidence-informed treatment plan to manage and understand your pain so that you can feel your best.

The experience was very good and Jonathan is very professional at all times. He always checked to see if the massage pressure was what I wanted. Some of the techniques he used were different and helpful to my issues. You won’t be disappointed.

Since this was my first massage with Jonathan, he was very thorough in reviewing my injuries and aches and pains. He focused on my upper back which was really stiff and tight and had been causing me pain. He was very professional in his demeanor and draping. This morning I noticed a big difference in how I felt. I definitely plan on returning on a regular basis!

Excellent massage. Goes as deep or shallow as you want. Knows how to solve my back issues. Focuses on the areas you request. If you ask, he recommends specific stretches that helped me stay healthy.
